Look Back

Relive UNRWA USA’s first-ever Dallas Gaza 5K in 2024—our debut of this signature event in Texas. The day featured special guests, including Palestinian photojournalist Motaz Azaiza, a surprise performance by Palestinian rapper from Gaza MC Abdul, and remarks from Imam Omar Suleiman. Most memorable of all was 9-year-old Adam from Gaza, who cheered on our runners.

Thanks to Heal Palestine, Adam was evacuated to the U.S. after losing his right leg. Today, he represents millions of children impacted by the ongoing Israeli military assault. Texas, you showed Palestine refugees that Americans care and helped us surpass our $500,000 fundraising goal.

Dallas, we’re excited to return to the Lone Star State and stand with you once again to show Palestine refugees that Americans care.
